Usually yes, if the tile is sound and reasonably flat. We check the subfloor before we quote — that's the part that decides whether you need a tear-out or not, and it changes the price.
Most single-floor homes are one to three days once the material is here. We give you a finish date before we start.
It's the reason a lot of our customers switch to it. The wear layer takes claws far better than wood, and accidents don't soak in.
We do them. Stairs need the plank wrapped over each tread with a proper nosing — not a plank cut short and a strip of trim hiding the gap.
Ask us when we measure. We handle it on most jobs, and it's better to agree on it up front than to find out the morning we arrive.
